As a recent new home buyer, I have experienced first hand the ups and downs of applying for a mortgage. Without the dedication and persistance of the Faver's staff, I would have continued to rent rather than face the mortgage process. Kathy and her staff were very helpful in all stages of purchasing my home; from picking the right home for my family, helping us find property to place the home, finding financing and set-up.
